At Fox Recovery, our mission is to deliver high‑quality care and support to every client in a timely and respectful manner.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, and short‑notice cancellations reduce access for others and disrupt the smooth running of our services.
Booking and Cancellations

Notification Requirements:
Contact Pip by telephone (07889 214 604) or email (pip@foxrecoveryuk.co.uk) to cancel or reschedule. Alternatively please cancel directly via the Jane App booking system. -
Advance Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
Late Cancellations and No‑Shows

A late cancellation is defined as cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment.

A no‑show occurs when a patient does not attend and fails to cancel in advance.

​In either case, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Providing timely notice of cancellation helps us maintain access to care for all patients and supports the smooth running of our clinic.
